The Huawei eKitEngine AP265E is a compact and powerful indoor access point (AP) designed according to the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard, providing fast and reliable wireless connectivity with a data rate of up to 2.975 Gbps. It supports simultaneous transmission on the 2.4 GHz (2x2 MIMO) and 5 GHz (2x2 MIMO) frequency bands, allowing smooth connection for multiple devices. Max. number of access users is 128, Huawei's recommendation is up to 64. Its slim design makes it ideal for installations in hotels, hospitals, commercial spaces, or schools.
This access point is equipped with one Gigabit uplink port and four Gigabit downlink ports, ensuring flexible connection options. It can be installed on a desk, wall, ceiling, or junction box, enabling deployment in various environments. The compact size and easy installation make the AP265E an excellent choice for quickly setting up an indoor wireless network.
The management and maintenance of the AP265E can be done locally via EasyWeb or local controller (WAC), or remotely using the HUAWEI eKit App and SNC platform. This flexibility makes the deployment and management of access points simple and efficient, greatly simplifying the operation and maintenance of the network.
The MU-MIMO technology allows simultaneous data transmission to multiple devices, maximizing the utilization of radio spectrum and improving network performance in high-density environments.
